USING MOTIONPOINT'S TRANSMOTION® TECHNOLOGY, HOSPITAL PROVIDES VITAL INFORMATION TO GROWING HISPANIC COMMUNITY

COCONUT CREEK, FL (September 27, 2005) — Memorial Healthcare System ("MHS"), the public, non-profit healthcare provider serving South Broward County, Fla., announced the debut of its Spanish-language website – part of the hospital system's overall strategy to use the Internet to make available vital information about its facilities and medical experts to an expanding patient base.

MHS deployed MotionPoint Corporation's proprietary TransMotion® technology to quickly, easily and cost-effectively convert MHS' websites into Spanish for the many Hispanics currently online in this region.

It's estimated that more than half of the population in Miami-Dade County and more than 20 percent of the population in Broward County identifies themselves as Hispanic. MHS is the "safety net" healthcare system of southern Broward County. Its mission is to provide safe, quality, cost-effective, customer-focused healthcare services to its patients regardless of their ability to pay, with a goal of improving the health status of the community it serves.
