Any action by you that, in our sole discretion: (i) violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (ii) restricts, inhibits or prevents any access, use or enjoyment of the MarketFully Sites; or (iii) through the use of the MarketFully Sites, defames, abuses, harasses, offends or threatens, shall not be permitted, and may result in your loss of the right to access and use the MarketFully Sites.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that you will not use the MarketFully Sites or any content obtained from the MarketFully Sites in a manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOUAND THE LIABILITY OF OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICRES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS TO YOU- ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
